Restless – a new journal for 2021

Photo above: Early morning in Kyoto. Taken on a recent trip.

A good friend of mine (also called Sean) recently started a newsletter and as I hear nothing but good things about them I’ve decided to start my own.

Mine will not be a replacement to this blog, not at all, instead I hope it will serve as a supplement and offer a more in-depth focus on my life in Japan. I’ll be able to go into more depth on a less frequent basis about things more personal related to life in Japan. I promise I won’t bombard you with junk.

As I have wildly high expectations for this journal once we reach the lofty heights of ten subscribers (so many!) I’ll begin writing and digging through my archives for photos (if I have any).

Of course you’ll be able to unsubscribe instantly if it’s not for you.

You can subscribe here.

Thank you.

Based in Japan since 2001 I spend free days adventuring into the mountainous regions of central Honshu and occasionally Hokkaido. In 2021, I plan to slow down and talk to more people. Feel free to email me.
